Hi I am Kelli Buffington, the Location Coordinator at Warner Robins B. Monroe Salon. I have a huge passion for the hair industry that shines through in anything I put my mind too. I am dedicated to fostering confidence and communication skills in my team. As a salon manager, I thrive on helping people realize and reach their full potential, whether it’s through an empowering conversation or empowering my team to be self starters. I love thinking of hair as a blank canvas to paint on. It’s my little masterpiece that I get to bring to life. I also like cutting because you get to create how the hair frames the face and what it looks like with color. What I love about being at B. Monroe is looking around and watching tons and tons of coloring and cutting. I can take a sneak peak at so many different projects every day.

My favorite part of this industry is being able to make people feel beautiful and giving them the perfect hair they want.
