B. Monroe Salon is proud to offer a variety of complimentary classes throughout the year for cosmetology students and licensed stylists who have been in the industry for three years or less. We place a strong emphasis on hands-on education and believe in continually developing a stylist’s skill set as they grow in their craft and career.

The B. Monroe Academy is led by our in-house educators and centers on hands-on training designed to strengthen your technical skills and confidence behind the chair. These sessions cover a range of topics to help prepare you for real-world clientele while giving you the opportunity to connect, learn, and grow in an engaging, supportive environment—along with insight into who we are as a salon company.

We offer this program because we’re invested in the future of our industry. Our team brings experience across finishing, coloring, haircutting, and business-building, and we believe education creates opportunity.
